Hands-on experience spanning controls development, operator interfaces, field integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, data collection, documentation, and system modernization.
Bradley Mathews founded BM Industrial Controls & Automation LLC after years of hands-on controls experience spanning electrical documentation, PLC/HMI programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, controls upgrades, data acquisition, and field startup. His work has included both new automation projects and existing systems where understanding how the equipment actually operates is just as important as understanding the program.
While working in industrial controls in Ohio, Bradley also served as a part-time PLC course instructor in the Continuing Education Department at Upper Valley Career Center in Piqua, Ohio.
The focus of BM Controls & Automation is practical problem solving: understand the process, identify the actual cause of the problem, develop a maintainable solution, and leave the system in a condition that operators and maintenance personnel can support after the job is complete.
